Blake has been involved in the marketing and customer engagement profession since 2014 focusing on fan and student marketing efforts within college athletics, while also developing and producing major events such as collegiate football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, gymnastics, and various olympic sports. Blake has also been involved in the alumni relations area to promote and engage in funding efforts for major university projects. Since 2020, Blake has built the brand of a local salon Mitchell & Co from a team of 3 stylists to a major salon brand in the Baton Rouge area.

• Created and executed the entire marketing efforts for the University of Tennessee baseball’s 2016 season as a collegiate senior
• Produced the annual Orange and White spring football game in 2016
• Responsible for marketing efforts for all major sports at Murray State University including football, basketball, baseball, and various Olympic sports
• Part of team that earned NACMA (National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators) awards for various efforts in 2016-2017
• Awarded the graduate assistant position within Louisiana State University’s athletic marketing department
• Developed and produced marketing and promotional plans for the following programs: Volleyball, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Gymnastics, and Softball
• Produced Women’s Gymnastics meets for the years 2017 & 2018 seasons resulting in the first complete arena sellout in LSU gymnastics history
• Responsible for the online alumni engagement efforts at the LSU Alumni Association as the Alumni Community Systems Manager
• Developed the site www.lsutigernation.com to create a virtual alumni engagement site for networking, job search with LSU alumni, and events for alumni throughout the world
• Opened a full-service luxury salon (Mitchell & Co) in 2020 and undertook marketing and client engagement efforts growing from a team of 3 stylists to a fully booked salon with 10 stylists and an over 2000 client database
• Mitchell & Co has finished in the top 5 for salons in the Baton Rouge market every year since opening
