Meet Jesse Lambert

JESSE LAMBERT
SR. CONSULTANT
With over 22 years of experience in the tourism industry, Jesse Lambert has built a career distinguished by leadership, innovation, and a passion for promoting Louisiana and the culturally-rich parishes and attractions that define Louisiana Tourism. Jesse began her journey at the state level with the Louisiana Office of Tourism, where she managed the Domestic and Canadian Marketing Department. Her relationships with domestic and Canadian tour operators and close partnerships with Louisiana stakeholders played a pivotal role in driving statewide tourism initiatives.
From there she served as Executive Director of the River Parishes Tourist Commission where she successfully launched the new brand ‘New Orleans Plantation Country’ and enjoyed great success making the tri-parish region one of the most notable destinations outside New Orleans.
Jesse was then given the opportunity to serve as Marketing and Advertising Director at The Louisiana Office of Tourism and returned to where she got her start in Tourism. It was here she realized her love for the advertising side of tourism and managed the 5 ad agencies contracted with Louisiana, and a budget exceeding 10 million annually.
Landing her “dream job” at Houmas House Estate and Gardens in 2009, it was here Jesse spent the next 15 years. Bringing this now world-renowned tourist attraction into the digital world was one of her many accomplishments. From building the website and online ticket platform and reservation system, to growing an annual sales revenue of 1 million per year, she took pride in being the face and force behind this iconic plantation destination. Hosting travel writers from around the world, growing a social following exceeding 150,000, managing the sales and marketing for a historic property, an Inn, a Museum and three restaurants was challenging and rewarding. In 2014 Jesse was awarded ‘Top 40 Under 40’ Tourism Professionals by Southeast Tourism Society.
In 2020 Jesse launched her own agency and expanded her portfolio into the retail, healthcare and food and beverage industry.
