Nicole Lowe is a seasoned nonprofit executive, business strategist, and leadership consultant with a proven track record in organizational growth, program development, and strategic partnerships. With an MBA in E-Business and over 15 years of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, human resources, education, and operations management, Nicole has successfully led organizations through transformation, expansion, and impact-driven initiatives.

Under her leadership, the nonprofit expanded its services, providing critical career development resources to over 80% more women in the region. Prior to her role in nonprofit leadership, Nicole held key positions in human resources and operations management, including as Human Resources Manager at Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital and HR Supervisor at UPS, where she played a pivotal role in employee engagement, policy development, and conflict resolution. She has a strong background in training facilitation, having developed and implemented large-scale instructional programs, including election training for 30+ trainers and 25,000 poll workers during her tenure at the Los Angeles County Registrar.
